Elvira Levit

Dr. Levit completed her undergraduate degree at Hunter College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received her Bachelor of Science in Visual Science and a Doctor of Optometry degree at Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she earned honors for all her clinical externships. Dr. Levit joined Optyx in 2008 where she specializes in the treatment of ocular conditions including dry eye syndrome, eye infections, ocular allergies, diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, post – op care for LASIK and cataract patients, contact lens fitting, and specialty contact lenses. A board-certified optometrist, Dr. Levit is dedicated to playing a key role in the OPTYX’s development and growth through her commitment to excellence in patient care. Outside the office, she can usually be found traveling, hiking, skiing or hang-gliding.
